Why Fixed Fees Matter
Advisory services in commodity markets are frequently offered on a commission basis, compensation paid only when a transaction completes. This creates a fundamental conflict of interest: the advisor benefits from deals completing, regardless of whether completion is in the client's best interest.
Our fixed-fee structure eliminates this conflict entirely. We are compensated for our time, expertise, and the quality of our analysis, not for the outcome of any transaction. If our assessment is that a deal is fraudulent and should not proceed, we say so without reservation.
